In his 30-plus years of consulting, Mark has worked with many clients including Monsanto, BellSouth, Hewlett Packard, Metavante, Dun & Bradstreet, Belden Wire & Cable, Bell Canada, Newark Electronics, Reedy Industries, MasterCard International, Rockwell Automation, Fiserv, Troxell, and Corporate Express.
A frequent speaker for numerous international marketing and business associations, Mark pioneered IAM (Integrated Account Management); a sales improvement tool adopted by hundreds of Fortune 500 corporations worldwide. In addition to authoring the book, Integrated Account Management, he has con-ducted CRM, strategic planning, and business-to-business sales and marketing oversight, and built training programs and workshops. Mark has worked with hundreds of product and/or service-oriented businesses directing strategic and tactical marketing campaigns, website developments or re-developments, and electronic media campaigns.
In his 20-plus years of marketing and sales work and consulting, Chris has worked with clients such as Office Depot, GE, Staples, Belden Wire & Cable, Disney, Rockwell, Southern California Edison, Target, Reedy Industries, Parts Town, DFSI, Corporate Express, (including furniture & design divisions) Runge Paper, United Airlines, PepsiCo, VISA, Solo Cup, and many others. Chris has helped companies conduct branding and value proposition work, enter new market segments, evaluate and improve their marketing programs, and generate revenue through lead generation programs. Prior to joining Apexx Group, Chris was Director of Business Development at Publicis, the world’s largest advertising, promotions, and marketing services firm. Chris was the director of integrated marketing at Near North Insurance where he directed the development and maintenance of more than 50 association websites, ran a call center, and managed the development of print and e-mail marketing initiatives. Chris also has experience with non-profit organizations such as IndependenceFirst, Vision Forward, ACAP, Timber-Lee, and Kathy’s House, to name a few.
Chris has a background in design and technical development, has been an adjunct professor at Columbia in Chicago. He is proficient in front and back end web technologies and is a developer that understands HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL and many other scripting and database solutions.
Gina (Huff) Amin
Gina has over 20 years of call center management, program management and consulting experience. Over the years, she has worked with a wide variety of companies spanning multiple industries in both a direct and consulting capacity including: United Parcel Service, Hallmark Business Expressions (a division of Hallmark Cards), Newark Electronics, Rockwell Automation, MasterCard International, Panasonic North America and Advance Auto Parts. Gina’s primary expertise lies in driving excellence and business results through the successful design, build and management of integrated account management, lead generation and inside sales programs on behalf of her clients in addition to content development to help drive sales.
Vic is founder and president of Hunter Business Group LLC. He is nationally known for his expertise in business-to-business direct marketing and service to the nation’s leading companies including Hewlett Packard, 3M, Parker Hannifin, Panasonic, Toshiba, Shell Oil, IBM, Rockwell Automation, BellSouth and MasterCard. Founded in 1981, Hunter was the first consulting and service company dedicated solely to increasing the productivity of businesses by assisting them to sell products and services to other businesses, institutions, and professionals. Vic is the author of Business to Business Marketing: Creating a Community of Customers, which provides a comprehensive model for doing business in the new customer-focused environment and the practical guidance for implementing profitable, customer-driven marketing programs. Vic holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Purdue. He has given an Industry Expert Briefing to the Harvard first year Marketing MBA Staff, and has also been a guest lecturer at Northwestern’s Medill School, the University of Chicago Graduate Business School and Columbia University. He is a frequent speaker at the Direct Marketing to Business Conferences, the NCDM, and the DMA Business-to-Business Conferences. He has served the Purdue College of Science as Chairman of the Dean’s Leadership Council and was awarded the 2006 Purdue Distinguished Science Alumni Award.
Creative and Marketing
Abbie is responsible for the ideation and creation of both web and print-based design. Using Apexx Group’s hand-tailored, result-driven processes, Abbie consistently captures each client’s unique brand and delivers it to their target audience. She has experience creating website designs, infographic development, and other forms of strategic brand enhancement. This varied experience gives Abbie the skills she needs to produce sound designs for any client. She has produced work for a wide variety of companies, from local non-profits such as Kathy’s House to established organizations like Badger Meter, Info-Pro, and 2XL Corp.
Josh is responsible for the delivery of SEO analytics and audits in order to determine strategies to take clients’ digital presence to the next level. He performs market, competitor and product analyses to provide critical position intelligence. He is also responsible for analyzing customer data to identify key market segments as well as analyzing campaign and website performance. In addition to SEO revamp, he has experience in coordinating new website development, ecommerce and CRM implementation. Josh has worked with established large and mid-sized for-profit organizations, such as 2XL Corp, Badger Meter Inc., and UMA Enterprises. His ongoing analysis throughout a project provides insights for better decision making, while his research and creative approach to brand messaging increases customer engagement and conversions.
Bennett is responsible for analyzing many aspects of data within a business. From sales, marketing, products and services, a company’s data will show trends which can be acted upon. Working with Apexx’s trust and loyalty measurement system, he has created data models that are employed to accurately assess a company’s activity and initiatives. These assessments help to guide decision-making processes and investments. He also performs SEO/PPC analytics, market analytics, and Google analytics to identify trends and create clear paths of action for our clients. With a clear path of action, new clients can be developed to their full potential. Bennett has experience working with data from large corporations as well as small enterprises. Prior to joining us, Bennett was involved with strategic planning for the United States Senate.
Chris La Grange
Chris is responsible for ensuring Apexx Group adheres to fluctuating standards of the web development industry. Beyond the web world standards, Chris helps with other challenges and tasks that may occur like IT maintenance, structuring and organizing programming code, maintaining a friendly work environment, and helping Apexx Group clients and various team members with tasks. He has been involved with projects done with 2XL Corporation, Wipes Now, ASSEW, Kathy’s House, among other entities.
